Considerations:

  • We can only store and use a customer's most recently requested out-of-stock product, as the product information is stored as extend data against the contact.
  • We cannot store and track multiple products or a list of products that a customer has requested to be notified about.
  • The customer must also have viewed the product within the last 45 days for us to be able to use this data (behavioural data retention period for segments is 45 days).

Because of these limitations, customers won't be able to sign up for notifications on multiple products or product variants. The notification can only be linked to the most recent out-of-stock product we have stored against their profile.

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
