Description:

SmartBlocks currently support the selection of one trigger per SmartBlock within the SmartBlock UI. This means it is possible to fire a custom signal when a customer interacts with the CTA; however, multiple custom signals cannot be configured within a single SmartBlock. 

The selected custom signal is fully configurable within the SmartBlock builder, allowing a different signal to be assigned to each SmartBlock as required.

  • The smart block must be able to trigger multiple custom signals, assignable through the smart block builder.
  • If the customer is identified, we should have the ability to fire custom signals off the back of the customer clicking the CTA. These custom signals should be easily controllable from within the smart block builder. 


Additional Notes: The blocks in this template will be created as account-level templates, enabling the end user to easily replicate them for future projects.
