This is an internal document for the dotmailer The Way Ahead Group Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to use when confirming client’s credits usage. The process manager will use this to complete The Way Ahead Group custom order form.
Requirements for dotdigital

Please confirm the template name we will be using for the campaign.
WhatsApp Onboarding for one account
Please state any additional notes that needs to be added to the service order.
WhatsApp Onboarding for the following account: Gigs & Tours (Karishma.email@example.com)
Facebook Business Manager ID: TBC
Onboarding will be for up to 5 templates. Initially one template will need setting up, remaining 4 will be requested on a later date. Client to supply copy for initial template.
Templates will be triggered via API.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
