Abandoned Cart
  • Delivery of 5, 1-step Abandoned Cart programs
  • 5 campaign builds using the standard Dotdigital abandoned cart block
  • Cost: 
    • Abandoned Cart Implementation = 16 hours (already in queue)
    • 2x Abandoned Cart Add-on = 14 hours (to be deducted from remaining 45 hours in queue)

  • Notes / requirements
    • GJ to confirm which existing templates / campaigns can be used to build the campaigns 
    • GJ must provide all campaign copy and any image assets per build (excluding cart details - these are pulled direct from cart insight data)
      • Subject line *subject can't use insight data

  • Estimated timeline
    • Week 1: Dotdigital subscribes and creates accounts on each region site and abandons. Segments generated to check cartinsight sync. Dotdigital creates placeholder programs and provides name / IDs to GJ to link together in SFCC
    • Week 2: Dotdigital focuses on one account to create and test the campaign internaly. GJ to work on collating campaign copy/assets
    • Week 3: Campaign updated with assets received and testing completed with GJ
    • Week 4: Make any amends required to the campaign and apply any additional logic to the program. Complete re-testing with the updates
    • Week 5: Begin replication across the 4 other accounts
    • Week 6: Complete replications and testing. GJ to sign off
    • Week 7-8: Project in approval period before being fully signed-off and handover complete to Michel. GJ to reach out to the DMS during this two week period for any minor amends or queries RE the set up
Nursery Program + Campaigns
  • Delivery of 1 Nursery Program, with up to 4 campaigns using Liquid Script
  • To be completed on account: maa@georgjensen.com
  • Costs:
    • 1 campaign build with Liquid Script = 8 hours
    • Up to 3x campaign replications with adjustments = 5 hours
    • 1 Nursery program = 7 hours
    • Walkthrough post sign-off = 2 hours
      • 22 hours (to be deducted from remaining 45 hours in queue)
  • Notes / requirements: 
    • GJ to confirm when orderinsight sync is finalised 
    • GJ to confirm whether SKU or Category is going to be attributed to the order record 
    • Dotdigital have agreed to create logic for up to 6 categories either by 'category' attribute in orderinsight (preferred), or by listing SKU rules in the liquid (will require ongoing updates / maintenance with the introduction of new SKUs to the site)
    • The block will look at the first order the contact has made 
    • To confirm: if a contact has ordered from 2 or more categories, should multiple content blocks show, or will there be a defined hierarchy? 
    • GJ to provide all campaign copy/assets for the 4 campaigns **(see cart requirements - same request)
    • Campaign visuals can begin before any of the liquid markup work if there is a delay in finalising the orderinsight sync 
    • Dotdigital have outlined we can only display the name of the item the contact has ordered, and not any other product details 
    • Testing options - TBC (these can be discussed during project build)
      • Option 1: GJ provides Dotdigital access to a test credit card so campaigns can be triggered in the automations 
      • Option 2: Dotdigital replaces the 'send campaign' node with an 'add to address book' or 'update a data field' option, so all contacts can enter the program and fall in to the relevant segment based on their purchase activity 
  • Estimated timeline
    • Go-live is dependant on the availability of orderinsight / confirmation of which method will be used in the campaigns 
    • Once the sync is finalised and campaign assets have been shared, it is estimated to be 30 working days for delivery
    • If Dotdigital can foresee any delays, this will be communicated immediately with GJ

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
