1 x Customer Account onboarding Automation + 3 x Campaigns
1 x Lead Nurture Automation + 12 x Campaigns
1 x Post Purchase Automation + 1 x Campaigns
1 x Abandon Browse Automation + 2 x Campaigns
Things to note & caveats
The project is based on the Automation requirements scoped & provided by Emily Stannard
Magento 2 configuration must be complete for Automations to be tested and we do not test any other Magento functionality e.g. pop ups, syncs etc.
If required EDC links must be generated by the client in Magento
Assumption is that all Campaigns will be built off a template built by the Dotdigital Creative Team
Copy & imagery to be supplied by the client
No product recommendations setup is included
Assumption is that required data for segmentation etc. is available in the account
Abandon Browse block inclusion is assuming this is via the Magento functionality. If non connector Abandon Browse is required this would need to be scoped separately.
Any additional campaigns would incur an extra cost

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
