Home Store + More are triggering the send of two transactional emails (Order Confirmation and Order Dispatch) from their dotdigital Engagement Cloud account via the API. These requests are coming over from their Salesforce instance.
The API requests will utilise the ‘Send transactional email using a triggered campaign’ API method to trigger email sends and will pass over data in the body of the request that needs to be rendered in the emails, including the product information.
The dotdigital CTS team will add and test the Advanced Personalisation (Liquid) script in the emails, as this script is needed to correctly render the data provided in the API request.

The CTS work can only be started once the two emails (Order Confirmation and Order Dispatch) have been created in the Engagement Cloud Account.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
