• The Managed Services team will
• Confirm the segments above exist in the accounts as stated above
• Confirm with the client that these are the segments to be deleted
• Delete the data and segment from the account
• Users will not be added to the suppression list
• There is a chance that these users could be re-imported at a later stage
• If the client realises that the data has been deleted incorrectly, they have 30 days from the date the data has been deleted to recover the data
• Recovery after 30 days may be chargeable
