Project delivery - overview

  • A briefing call with your Implementation Consultant to discuss your programs and email setup requirements
  • Testing of your cart and browsed scripts; your Implementation Consultant will create an account on your website (if publicly available on staging), add items to the cart, abandon and check the platform account to confirm data sync
  • Creation of up to three triggered emails
  • Build and test of the cart automation journey
  • Things to know
    • Requires web behaviour tracking and abandoned cart scripts to be installed on the clients website unless readily available via an Commerce integration
    • Project start is dependent on the cart sync executing successfully on your site
    • We expect delivery to be completed within 7 weeks of your campaign assets being received, and cart and data syncing to your Dotdigital account
    • This includes abandonment testing and implementation of campaign amends

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
