Project outline


Fluent Money would like to implement a new Retention Journey Automation within Dotdigital to support ongoing customer engagement and retention activities.
The solution will enrol contacts from the PED Contact List and guide them through a structured communication journey consisting of SMS messages and email campaigns driven from externally managed activities.
The automation will utilise existing customer data fields to determine progression through the journey, ensuring contacts receive the appropriate communication based on their status at each stage.
The project will be built in a child account (to be created).

    Data

    The automation will utilise the following custom data fields:

    • 1_PHONE_WHATSAPP
    • 2_PHONE_EMAIL
    • 3_PHONE_VM
    • 4_PHONE_WHATSAPP
    • 5_PHONE_EMAIL
    • 6_PHONE_VM
    • 7_PHONE_WHATSAPP
    • 8_PHONE_EMAIL

    These fields will be evaluated within decision nodes to determine whether a contact progresses through the journey.

     

    SMS campaigns

    Fluent Money will provide SMS campaign assets for use within the retention journey.

    If SMS assets are not available at the time of implementation, the Implementation Consultancy team will insert appropriately named placeholder SMS nodes to allow the automation structure to be completed.

     

    Email campaigns

    Fluent Money will provide email campaign assets for use within the retention journey.

    If email campaign assets are unavailable during implementation, the Implementation Consultancy team will insert appropriately named placeholder email nodes to allow the automation structure to be completed.

      The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
