Project outline
ITV Studios Global Partnerships Limited would like to implement a reusable event response solution within Dotdigital to support future event invitations and attendance tracking.
The solution will provide reusable email and form templates that allow recipients to respond to event invitations using dedicated RSVP links. Responses will be captured through Dotdigital forms and synchronised back to Salesforce, enabling ITV to track attendance intent and campaign attribution.
