Implementation Consultancy - Krispy Kreme | Email Journeys

• Replicate existing journeys, forms and email campaigns as outlined on the Monday.com project board for the following groups:
  
• Scheduled/automated
• Forms
• Transactional (API)
• *Abandoned Cart & Browse have been allocated separately as per the service agreement - these are ready to start

Notes: 

• It's our recommendation we do a like-for-like build to get the project moving
• During this time, Krispy Kreme can review the campaign content, trigger timings etc. 
• We (dotdigital) will be able to make edits to these once everything has been finalised from Krispy Kreme - it will be quicker to edit the existing, than await all content/ flow requirements and build from scratch 
• As of w/c 24th October, the Implementation team are estimating 8-10 weeks for project delivery upon receipt of the project and confirmation of assets 
• The work is estimated at 100 hours for rebuilding the existing assets we have - 2x rounds of amends are included in this 
• Any new journeys introduced, or complete rebranding / reformatting will be reviewed and may incur additional costs 

Replicating existing forms: 

• We may make some small adjustments to the form questions/ answers to support syncing responses back to the contact record 
• Dotdigital will keep the KK team informed of recommended changes to forms and any associated campaigns 
• *excludes preference centre and unsubscribe - this will be managed separately
