    • Rebuild of Abandoned Cart using a template worked on by Creative Studio - campaign ID: 2581169
    • Use the same layout to build abandon browse
    • Client will need to supply hero images

 

  • Abandoned cart campaigns
    • to build 1x EN version and 1x IE version = 6 credits
    • client will then build the second campaigns
    • client will make any updates to their existing automations
    • Build notes for each
      • To differentiate between an IE and EN contact, use 'cartinsight.currency' as the unique identifier (GBP / EUR)
      • The hero image will have dynamic rules based on the category of the item abandoned - M&P will provide a hierarchy for categories, no more than 10
      • The category to assign is determined by the product e.g., productUrl contains '/nursery/'
      • No more than 6 products to display in the cart
      • The discount will be a calculation of lineitems.salePrice and lineitems.specialPrice 
      • For IE only, the EUR symbol must be before all pricing, not after

 

  • Abandoned browse
    • to build 1x EN version and 1x IE version = 6 credits
    • client will then build the second campaigns
    • Build notes for each
      • The webinsights should only show for records where the duration is greater than, or equal to 1 
      • to differentiate between UK and IE, use the 'website' field present in the insight record - the values will be equal to 'www.mamasandpapas.ie' or 'www.mamasandpapas.com'
      • Create hero image rules based on the browsed category - same as cart, using the product URL or product category in the webinsight record if populated
      • For IE only, the EUR symbol must be before all pricing, not after
    • to build 1x EN automation = 3 credits
    • client will then build the IE automation
    • Full automation logic TBD - at minimum, the segment will be like this

      • client to provide additional rules such as excluding contacts who've received X campaigns in the last Y days, exclude contacts who've already made a purchase in the last X days, include contacts only with data fields are A, B, C etc. 
      • To determine also time of day to send and enrol contacts every day the start criteria is met - but not if they've enrolled in the last X days

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
