    Campaigns:

    • Build of 3x triggered campaigns with AP for the above groups
      • Campaign logic (campaign 1):
        • Find orders made 100 days ago where Order_status = closed + fulfilment_status = fulfilled
        • For SKUs: 0520, 0716, 2362, 1162, 1080 and product type = ‘simple’ (product catalogue type)
        • Show only one of the above SKUs, based on the priority number
        • Show one set of recommended products relevant to the product that will be displayed on send
      • Campaign logic (campaign 2):
        • Find orders made 200 days ago where Order_status = closed + fulfilment_status = fulfilled
        • For SKUs: 5012, 0185, 2401 and product type = ‘simple’ (product catalogue type)
        • Show only one of the above SKUs, based on the priority number
        • Show one set of recommended products relevant to the product that will be displayed on send
      • Campaign logic (campaign 3):
        • Find orders made 45 days ago where Order_status = closed + fulfilment_status = fulfilled
        • For SKUs: 1044, 2510 and product type = ‘simple’ (product catalogue type)
        • Show only one of the above SKUs, based on the priority number
        • Show one set of recommended products relevant to the product that will be displayed on send
    • Replicate the above campaigns (6 total) – adjust content and the target purchase date to meet automation send dates

     

    Automations:

    • 3x automations for the above groups
    • For the first enrolment, send to all contacts that meet the criteria
      • For a contacts second+ enrolment, enrol on every other purchase
    • Delays between campaigns if no re-purchase has been made
    • Define any additional exit criteria
    • To exclude these contacts from other sends / automations, on program enrolment we will update a contact data field e.g., IN_POST_PURCHASE = Yes, when they reach the end of the journey set the data field to No
      • Within segments and automations, use condition IN_POST_PURCHASE = Yes to exclude them from sends
    • For the subject line, we will automate assigning the product name to a contact data field to be able to personalise the campaign subject lines

     

    Estimate:

    • 3x campaign builds with AP = 10 credits/ IC hours
    • 3x replications with copy and logic adjustments = 6 credits/ IC hours
    • 3x post-purchase automations = 12 credits/ IC hours

    • *optional: provide a walkthrough via screenshare + document the campaign the logic so the client can make future edits, introduce new products to the journey etc. = 5 credits/ IC hours

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital.
