  • Build of up to three Abandoned Browse emails from a template toolkit, or design supplied by the client. The client is responsible for providing campaign content. 
  • Build of one Abandoned Browse automation. 
  • Two rounds of amends, and end-to-end are included 

The project has been qualified through solutions consultancy, the following notes have been provided: 

  • The website is in two parts the booking funnel and the brochure part of the website.
  • Staycity would like abandon browse for the brochure part of the site.
  • And they would like abandon cart for the for the booking funnel of the site.
  • Staycity now confirmed use cases for emails.
  • For abandon cart this only needs to show the dates the user searched for, the city and name of the hotel. It does not need to show details of a specific room.
  • For the abandon browse email, this needs to show hotel and city.
  • Use case required to limit sending of abandon browse and cart email to 1 per day - so if abandon cart email is sent do not send abandon browse email and vice versa.
  • Staycity will pass a cart URL that can be used as main CTA to rebuild search.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of dotdigital, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
