Project details

WMT have two insight collections in their account; one for Web and one for App. This project will focus on Web purchases which are pushed to the 'season' insight collection in the account. 
The project is to deliver a ticket renewal campaign and automation, plus a set up guide and walkthrough post sign-off.

  • Campaign personalisation
    • Period Type
    • Ticket End Date
    • CTA (start and enddate calculations based on period type - this would be current ticket enddate + 1)
  • Automation Criteria
    • Contacts who have a season ticket that expired 'yesterday' and have no other active or flexi tickets
    • Exclude contacts who have an active 'orders' insight record
  • Costs:
  • 1x campaign build with liquid markup = 5 credits 
  • Segment set up + single trigger automation = 3 credits 
  • Build guide + walkthrough post sign-off = 3 credits

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
