• CRM Stream Guided Child Account Onboarding - 13 credits

This service will be used to manage the initial setup of one (1) Dotdigital child account and managed users to allow access. The Digital Project Manager will then guide you around duplicating the set up from your main account including features such as data imports, automations, segment creation, and contact management. We will support through your first email send.

The product/service described above ("Work") must be redeemed within four months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. • Core Platform Training - 10 credits

Core Training gets you and your team (of up to 6) up and running on full platform functionality. Content will vary depending on the features available in the clients account. Content will include training on an integration (up to 1 integration) if the account has an integration and has purchased connector installation.  Sessions are delivered either remotely over 2 sessions or face to face over 1 full session or 2 shorter sessions in our office (where available). An upgrade to training onsite at client offices is available for additional cost. The travel costs will be invoiced to the client separately after the training is delivered.  Cancellation Policy: Once booked cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the training date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the training fee.

• Custom Design Email Template Kit - 14 credits

A custom designed, fully editable, responsive email template kit, suitable for creating many different email campaign layouts using the EasyEditor. Includes header, footer and up to 5 building blocks. Includes initial design with up to two rounds of amends, coding, QA and testing across multiple mobile and desktop devices. 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you hereby permit Dotdigital to use any materials you may create using this product for Dotdigital’s own promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, training and other marketing collateral).

• Campaign Layout (From Template Kit) - 3 credits

Includes one campaign layout template to be built from your email template kit. Email template kit must have been built by the Dotdigital creative team, and must be fully tested and signed off prior to the work commencing. Includes layout creation only. Does not include adding hyperlinks, dynamic content, live text or image content.

• Managed Deliverability Migration Plan - 13 credits

One of our Deliverability Consultants will perform an email list composition analysis and develop a bespoke migration plan based on your recipients.   The plan will include guidance on list segmentation based on domain and engagement, and assigning of each address to be mailed on a specific day during ramp up period. .The Managed Migration Plan will include the building of segments for the plan, creation of up to 3 campaigns for the plan and the scheduling of the sends.

•  Branded domain - 2 credits

The setup and management of a new branded domain, which can either be a subdomain of your primary domain that you delegate to us (recommended) or a new domain, for use as a custom from address and hosting for your landing pages (if purchased).  • We will set up your subdomain (recommended) or a new branded domain within the platform as your custom from address. • If using a subdomain, it will remain your responsibility to delegate your subdomain to Dotdigital’s name servers. • If you are unable to delegate a subdomain, we can purchase a new branded domain on your behalf (see note below). • We will also set up an alias of your choosing on your subdomain or branded domain. • We will set up the DNS records for the domain on our name servers. • We will set up the DKIM signing, SPF and DMARC. • We will make sure the DKIM signatures are available on our mail servers to ensure DKIM signing. • We will continuously monitor to make sure the domain name delegation is in place. • We will provide HTTPS SSL encryption on your subdomain or branded domain.  For new domains: The Internet Corporation of Assigned Names & Numbers (ICANN) requires the Registrar of Record to verify registrant email addresses. If you’ve purchased a .com, .net or .org domain, you’ll receive a Verification Email from registrant-verification@ispapi.net, which you will need to confirm by clicking on the link provided. Failure to comply within 15 days will result in suspension of the domain.

Any branded domains purchased will be automatically renewed and charged to you on a yearly basis (24 months for co.uk).

To cancel any domain, send a notification to cancellations@dotdigital.com containing details of the domain.  Where Dotdigital is instructed to register a domain name on your behalf, you agree that and consent to the main account contact’s details being published to the publicly available WHOIS database in accordance with ICANN policies.
