Project outline

  • Investec PLC require a one-off export of all responses for a pre-defined list of 748 Dotdigital forms in their 'UK - Wealth - Private Client - Marketing' account (PrivateClients_Wealth@investec.co.uk).
  • The Dotdigital CTS team will build an automated process to export the required responses via the Dotdigital API. Each form's responses will be provided in a separate CSV file, with the file named to match the name of the form in Dotdigital. The structure of the CSV files will match with the structure of the form responses files as they appear when exported via the Dotdigital UI.
  • An initial test for a handful of forms will take place to confirm that Investec PLC are happy with the data, prior to the full export of all form responses.
  • All exported files will be added to a password protected Zip archive file and shared with Investec via the Dotdigital Dropbox secure file share functionality.

    • Client to provide contact to securely send exported responses to

    Cost and additional information

    • Expected turnaround within 5-10 working days upon receipt of sign-off.
    • It will not be possible to include any Marketing Preference input answers in the files due to limitations with the API (as of 20/08/2024 there are no marketing preferences in the Dotdigital account anyway).
    • Any additional runs of the process that are required may require additional effort and costs.
    • Number of credits = 10

     

    Professional Services Terms

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of the Dotdigital platform, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
