La Perla - Abandoned Cart Rebuild

• Summary: There are several BigCommerce integrations within the account (multi-language stores). Abandoned Cart emails and programs are currently in place - Dotdigital will rebuild these for two markets to ensure that the item abandoned for the specific market is pulled through and all campaign links are correct, as well as confidence check the existing automations and update these. The build will be documented and shared with La Perla so the can roll it out across remaining markets. 

Delivery (US market):

1. Build 2x new campaigns with updated liquid script - the script will control which cartinsight record is displayed by using the programID to account for any contacts who may cross-market abandon
2. Confidence check the existing US automation and provide findings / make suggestions to update the automation
3. Document the liquid script in to a guide for La Perla to use for future rebuilds 
4. Provide a walkthrough for the above liquid script and program updates once the rebuild is signed off

Replication (UK or IT market) 

1. Post walkthrough Dotdigital will rollout the rebuild to either the UK or IT market - La Perla to confirm
2. This rebuild will not include a walkthrough

Requirements

• Currently the cartUrl in the cartinsight record is not unique - Dotdigital suggests that La Perla developers update this in the script/integration set up to ensure the contact is being directed back to their saved basket
• La Perla will provide updated campaign translations for Italy
