Audit for Le Creuset DACH account: hanna.weber@lecreuset.com

  • Pull a list of all data fields present in the account
  • Define source where possible e.g.
    • Dotdigital default field
    • Connector field
    • … etc.
  • Identify fields in use
    • How many contacts have data populated against these
    • Are any of these being used in
      • Programs
      • Pages & Forms
      • Triggered campaigns
    • When last were these populated?
      • This is not an accurate number, but we can identify fields recently updated by looking at active programs using 'update contact' node, any forms recently completed, and data captured on signup forms - LC to provide DACH website URL and anywhere else forms are hosted e.g. DACH social pages
  • Identify fields that can be safely deleted
    • This will be shown on an excel for LC to approve deletion
      • *note – if any of these fields have been historically used in dynamic content, segments or inactive programs, these will need to be amended to remove the dependency
  • Pull a sample set of data and review
    • Fields populated – and make recommendations to change field type if it can be managed better
    • Fields populated – data being captured that doesn’t seem to have any relevancy across the account
  • Recent fields in use
    • Any fields used in recently enrolled programs either on
      • Decisions
      • Enrolments
      • Update contacts
      • Any fields used in recently refreshed segments
      • Any fields used in dynamic content on recently sent campaign (last 30 days)
Things to note
  • dotdigital will document all findings
  • dotdigital will raise any concerns spotted whilst auditing - if any
  • dotdigital will make any recommendations on how to better manage the data in the account e.g. creating programs based on X segment of contacts for Y purpose 
  • All segmentation work completed for the audit to remain in the account under a dotdigital folder in order for Le Creuset to be able to replicate this across other accounts

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
