What’s included

    • Your program will tested by one of our Digital Project Managers
    • We may make a copy of your program for testing purposes only and limit the sending to dotdigital contacts only
    • We will provide documentation for
      • Expected behaviour vs. actual behaviour
      • Recommendations regarding automation best practise
      • Areas of opportunity if applicable e.g., control groups, delay and send times
    • If needed, a 30 minute screenshare covering our results and suggestions

     

    What we'll need from you

    • The name of the program we're checking
    • Your areas of concern within the current program and a brief explanation of its intended behaviour

     

    Things to note

    • We will not make changes to your live program
    • Rebuild of your program, or change request will require a project rescope and may incur additional costs
