Amends to Grow Pre-birth and Post-birth programs, according to suggestions from previous confidence check.


Pre-birth

  • Replication of Test 3 with additions
    • Addition of “Is 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8” weeks pregnant branch
    • Amend of 10-12 weeks pregnant branch to “Is 9, 10, 11, 12 or 13” weeks pregnant
      • Mamas and Papas to supply campaigns for 4-8 and 9-13 weeks pregnant
    • Addition of “Has the user been sent Welcome to Grow triggered campaign in the last 24 hours?” decision node just after “Is WEEKS_PREGNANT empty?” node
      • If yes, user will be held for 24 hours and progress
      • If no, user will progress
    • Addition of an Add contact node to add users to Post-birth is users are 40 weeks pregnant
Mamas and Papas to confirm that they want to keep their current pre-birth weeks pregnant groupings or that they are happy with the groups used in Test 3:

Amends to current pre-birth program required, just deactivation. All users will be pushed into the newest program, and the new program exits users who have already received their relevant campaign, so there should be little chance of overlap

Post birth

  • Replication of Test 1 - Post with additions
    • Remove everything right of 1 year send*
    • Addition of “Has the user been sent Welcome to Grow triggered campaign in the last 24 hours?” decision node just after “Is WEEKS_PREGNANT empty?” node
      • If yes, user will be held for 24 hours and progress
      • If no, user will progress

*New birthday/anniversary program to be created following the same structure, using rules in decision nodes as enrolment criteria
