Project outline
Mamas & Papas want their email recipients to be shown personalised menu options in the header and footer of their emails. The aim is that this will then drive greater contact engagement with their emails.
The personalisation should be based on the categories of the pages that the recipients have most frequently visited in the past 30 days, with the most frequently visited being shown first.
To achieve this, the dotdigital Custom Technical Solutions team will use Advanced Personalisation to query the Web Insight data stored against the email recipient and generate the most appropriate order of header/footer menu options (based on a pre-defined mapping of page category to navigation option).
If a recipient does not have enough personalised items to fill up the navigation options then default/fall-back options will be shown for them to complete the menu.

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
