Project outline

A collaborative session to rebuild the onboarding program

What you get

  • An initial call between the LG and the Managed Services team to agree on timings for the session and confirm what has been scoped
  • A two 2 hour interactive session, including
    • Overview of program builder and terminology
    • Program rebuild
    • Program best practice
    • How to test
  • The Managed Services team may set a task(s) at the end of the session for LG to carry out on the program built
    • Alternatively, the program will be created and ready for LG to set live at the end of the session
  • A follow up 30 minute call 1-2 weeks after the session to cover anything outstanding, to recap on the setup or to review any tasks set
  • Documentation in the form of a PowerPoint deck, pdf etc will be provided post-session and will contain all deliverables covered as well as any useful resources

What we'll need from you

  • Confirmation of any enrolment, decision and exit rules
  • Confirmation of any campaigns to be used in the program

Things to note

  • Campaign creation is not included – customer should confirm which campaigns are to be used during the kick off call
  • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs
