Abandoned cart implementation includes:

• Up to three triggered email campaigns
• One Abandoned Cart automation program

The client will need to collate and supply the following

• Abandoned Cart campaigns
  • Subject lines
  • Inbox preview text
  • From name and from address
  • Campaign tags
  • Hero images (if applicable)
  • Body content
  • CTA wording for ‘back to cart’
• Confirm which template/campaign we can use as a basis for your three campaign builds
• Content for your three campaigns

• Automation program

• The delay after abandonment for the first email send: no delay (immediate), 30 mins, 1 hour, 6 hours, or 12 hours

• The delays between cart reminder sends (in days)
• Any inclusion rules e.g., ‘contacts must be present in X list’ or ‘data field value = ABC’
• Any exclusion rules e.g., ‘contacts who last subscribed in the last day’
• By default, we’ll use a rule of ‘cartPhase = ORDER_COMPLETE’ to exit contacts between campaign sends if we identify their cart converted
