Project outline

  • The Dotdigital Solution Architecture team will scope, build, and test an update to the existing custom Tessitura transaction import solution, to handle returned line items in Tessitura transactions.
  • The complete removal of all existing order Insight data from the National Theatre Dotdigital account, and an import of all historical transaction data, will be required to correct the existing order Insight data. This will be done once the update has been applied and deployed live.

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of the Dotdigital platform, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
