Neals Yard - Data capture updates & SMS link verification

Neals Yard currently have three data capture sources on the website

1. Footer = dotdigital signup form
2. Popover = Fresh Relevance popover
3. Checkout = Shopify form

Each of these ways of providing an SMS number should trigger the link verification SMS. 

Delivery summary: 

• Fresh Relevance = 4 Fresh Relevance Credits
  • The team will replace the form raw code to point to dotdigital, meaning that contacts are created in realtime in the dotdigital account instead of entering dotdigital on the ~hourly sync that is currently in place with the Fresh Relevance integration
• Implementation Consultancy = 9 Professional Service Credits
  • 1x hidden JavaScript form = 6 PSCs
    • This will be page in between the SMS link, and the confirmation page
    • It will automatically redirect to the confirmation page
    • It will automatically submit to the contact record either
      • Add them to a new list e.g., ‘Verified SMS optins’
        or
      • Update a data field e.g., ‘SMS_OPTIN’ = Yes
  • 1x program + 1x triggered SMS = 2 PSCs
    • A program to execute the SMS verification message
      • What do we want to do with non-verified, set the ‘SMS_OPTIN’ to ‘No’ after a period of time or just leave it blank or add them to another list?
    • Create the triggered SMS campaign – NY to provide content e.g., ‘Click below to verify it’s you’
  • 1x confirmation page = 1 PSC
    • NY to provide content
    • We can keep the branding simple, just a header/logo, the text, and a short footer – as it’s on mobile we won’t need to make a large page
