Project outline
  • dotdigital to create a welcome program and 3 triggered campaigns
    • The first two emails will need to be replicated, and have an adjustment in subject line
  • Numatic have provided brand guidelines
  • Numatic will be providing campaign copy and setting enrollment actions from Magento 2
  • dotdigital will have an internal QA on campaign builds before test sends are shared with Numatic 
    Project requirements
    • Welcome program scope
      • No scheduled enrolment, contact is added to program from Magento (Numatic to set enrolment action for subscribers)
      • Campaign 1 triggered immediately
      • Wait 7 days, send campaign 2
      • If no opens within 5 days, resend with a change of subject line
      • Wait 10 days, send campaign 3
      • If no opens within 7 days, resend with a change of subject line
    • Recommendations
      • Anyone who’s received any other email the same day should be held until the following day before receiving a 2nd or 3rd welcome email
      • If Facebook Audience and/ or Google Adwords profiles are active, we can add new subscribers to a specific list if they were unsubscribe at any stage. This means there are still other ways of targeting
      • We recommend using product recommendations in all 3 campaigns, limit to 3 products only

    • Client to set enrolment from Magento
    • Client to provide
      • Campaign copy for email 1, email 2, email 3: subject line, preview text, general content and URLs
      • Additional subject lines for non-opener resends of email 2 and email 3
      • Any imagery to be used in the campaigns
    Cost and additional information
    • Expected turnaround within 15-20 working days upon receipt of your campaign copy.

    A discount has been agreed with your Account Manager/ Customer Success contact. The initial project was estimated at 16 credits, and we have agreed to deliver this at 11 credits instead.

    Professional Services Terms
    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
