- Any outstanding translations / other can be requested by the DMS once assigned
Project requirements
- Copy master template and amend for localisation = 2 credits
- Update account settings (excl. Google Analytics auth) = 1 credit
- Create local email templates and import all images and folders from Mexico account = 2 credits
- Update contact and campaign settings, and apply UTM settings = 1 credit
- Create 6x data fields, and up to 10 segments = 2 credits
- Create address books = 1 credit
- Create marketing preferences (in EN) = 1 credit
- Replicate sign-up forms = 10 credits
Cost and additional information
- SLA for Managed Services EMEA is 30 working days, your DMS will advise if the work can be completed sooner
- Your DMS will request any additional information needed, e.g,. localisation for campaign tags
- Any additional requests / requirements will require a re-scope and may incur additional costs

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
