Project outline


A build of a one step birthday program, consisting of one start node, one campaign send and one end node. One internal round of testing of the program and one external round of testing of the program with a placeholder campaign. When program has been tested and signed off, replication of the program to the remaining 23 accounts.

      • Enrol daily at a time to be specified by Papa John’s
      • Rule: “BIRTHDAY = TODAY”
    • Campaign node
      • Campaign to be built later on; a blank campaign node should be used in place
    • End node
      • Labelled “End: birthday program” or similar
    • Testing
      • 1 internal dotdigital QA
      • 1 round of QA with Papa John’s
      • A blank campaign to be used for testing purposes

    Replication to 23 accounts - 23 credits

    • Replication of final program to the remaining 23 Papa John’s accounts

    • Replication of the initial program doesn't include testing
    • Enrolment time can vary by account and amendment of enrolment time is included in the replication 
    • Client to test the programs once the correct campaign has been added (by the client) and activate the program
    • If additional amendments/edit of the program are required, a separate scope is required

        The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
