Project outline
Papa Johns require a monthly export of various campaign activity data from 24 child accounts where campaigns are sent to contacts throughout the month. As well as a monthly export, Papa Johns also requires a historical export of the same data structure.
On the 1st of each month, Papa Johns’ require a monthly export of campaign activity data. The report structure has been outlined below. This export will contain campaign activity stats for campaigns sent over the previous month from 24 child accounts. The report will consist of one row PER campaign sent.
As well as a monthly export, Papa Johns also require a historical export of the same structure outlined below. The export will range from October 2020 – present date. The historical data will be merged into one CSV file.
In the case where no campaigns were sent, add a row to the report showing the account Id and account name, and mark the remaining columns as N/A
In the case there was no campaign activity against sent campaigns, these must still be exported and filled with ‘0’s where applicable. This will give the client insight to the accounts campaign performance.
