Project Deliverables

Managed Services 
  • Project 1: Pre-arrival build
    • Creation of 1x pre-arrival email campaign using Advanced Personalisation 
    • Creation of 1x pre-arrival automation
      • Adjustment to automation in the event we do not go live with all email campaigns initially
  • Project 2: Pre-arrival walkthrough
    • Once we have sign-off and have tested the initial email build, dotdigital will cover a walkthrough to outline the AP logic used to create the booking details, and how the automation has been set up so it can be adjusted in future if needed
  • Project 3: Fresh Relevance
    • Re-creation of up to 5 journeys that will need migrating in to dotdigital e.g. Abandoned Cart

Custom Technical Solutions

  • Support with API queries for importing booking (contact insight) and resort (account insight) data 
  • Support Managed Services with any advanced custom logic required for the campaign builds 
  • Work with Managed Services and Park Dean Resorts on the walkthrough session

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided. In addition to the dotdigital Terms, this product is also subject to the terms found at:
