'End-of-year wrap up' email
    Utilise orders and catalog data with liquid to pull through a contacts most visit park since Jan 2022
    Parkdean Resorts to: 
    • Create a static version of the campaign ready for Dotdigital to apply AP to
    • Provide a list of booking periods and what the output in the campaigns should be
    • Confirm any additional parks that should be excluded other than Hayling Island and parks containing 'touring'
    • Supply tracking parameters
    • Supply any additional images used for dynamic changes such as 'holiday period' 

    Content/ build notes: 
    • ‘What a year it’s been’ header and CTA
      • Will remain static
      • CTA will link to early bookers
    • We should include pre-header copy (even if it’s set to hide) – PDR to add to build (we can personalise this)
    • ‘Your first stay’ – looking at the first departdate since 01.01.22, where status = confirmed and refund = N
    • Visit breakdown – sum of nights and unique parks visited
    • Pet container – to only show if at least 1 booking has pet = Y
      • Not a dynamic image
    • ‘favourite park’
    • Image, park name and URL pulled from catalog
      • If a contact only had two visits at two separate parks, the most recent will be shown
    • ‘time of year’
      • We could have a dynamic image per period, and different CTAs
    • Caravan block
      • Only for contacts who’ve stayed in caravans or lodges
    • ‘we think you’ll love’
      • Option 1: data comes from FR and is mapping to contact data fields – will they be able to pass an image URL also?
        • Or, are they able to pass 3x cross-sell smart block URLs to the contact?
      • Option 2: we use data already available in the product catalog
        • This might be easier to manage, as the data already exists so we can match-for-match with the orders and catalog

    Estimated timeline: 
    • Project sign-off and redeemed: 18th Nov
    • Static campaign available in the account: 23rd Nov
    • Any additional image assets supplied / added to a folder in Dotdigital: 25th Nov
    • Dotdigital begins liquid markup: W/C 28th Nov
    • Testing/V1 supplied W/E 9th Dec (sooner where possible) 
    • Amends/feedback supplied W/E 16th Dec
    • Est. 3 working days to make edits 
    • Re-supply previews/tests
    • PDR sign-off - Dotdigital will create the send segment and review with PDR before launching

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
