Recommendations & questions

• Creation of a branded form to capture key dates + confirmation page
  • I’d suggest up to 8 dates to capture, as we’ll need to create 3 data fields for each: name, occasion e.g. birthday, anniversary etc. (PV to confirm) and event date
  • Mandatory field would be the contact email of the person entering key dates
  • ***note that pre-population of dates is only applicable if being clicked through on an email. If this form needs to be hosted on client-site and pre-populated with information on account login / my profile, this will require CTS involvement
• Creation of 1x triggered email for event requests
  • Static email to send to
    • All contacts in the account, spread over X days so it’s not a large send volume
    • All new contacts moving forward
  • Creation of 1x program for event requests
    • To fulfil the above
  • Creation of 1 triggered email for event alerts
    • We could use AP or Dynamic Content to display the relevant event X days before event date e.g.
      “Here’s your X day reminder to let you know it’s event_name_1’s occasion_1 on event_date_1” Would output “Here’s your X day reminder to let you know it’s Jane’s Anniversary on 10/11/2021”
    • We can also change any image or content assets based on occasion type
  • Creation of a deadline ‘order by’ reminder email
  • Creation of 1 program for event alerts
    • Send email 1 X days before next event date, with a reminder X days after if no order is made (using order insight rules)

***I would also suggest that a banner is added in to all BAU comms moving forward that links through to this page so a contact can add to it at any stage
