Project outline

Collaborative Implementation: 6-step automation for purchases and non-purchases – program overview (Reactivation) 
  • Kick-off call to re-cover requirements and confirm any exclusions

  • Confirm ‘order_status’ to include e.g., ‘complete’ ‘dispatched’
  • The session is typically ~2 hours
  • The DMS assigned will jump in to the account ahead of the session to prep any segments – these will be stored in a folder we will create named ‘dotdigital’
  • During the session there is plenty of opportunity for Q&A, but we will reserve 10-15 mins at the end to cover also
  • We will record the session and circulate
  • We may set a task for PGS to take away
  • We will provide a follow up deck that contains
    • Overview of project
    • Delivered in the session
    • Follow up resources
    • Automation best practise advice

 We recommend no more than 6 users are present on the call

Program breakdown:

  • Route 1: Contacts last purchase date was 1 year ago
    • Send ‘ready to order’ campaign 1
      • Follow rules as are in the ‘option 1’ program
        • Reduce delays to every 30 days for sends
    • Messaging to be targeted around reactivation, rather than recency
    • Request to update preferences
    • If the contact is engaging, keep them in the account
    • If they’re not engaging – delete them or set a data field e.g,, IS_ENGAGED = N
      • This will need to have a separate program running to update this data field / delete contacts daily also
  • Route 2: Contacts who subscribed more than 1 year ago, have never made an order, have not opened any campaign in 10 months
    • Send ‘update preferences’ campaign – capture what they want to hear about
    • If they did not engage within 14 days, re-send with an incentive
    • Wait 3 weeks – check for any conversion / engagement
    • For no engagement – final send “it’s bye for now, but you can opt in at any time)
    • Wait 20 days – check for final engagement - update engagement data field / delete as above

    • Client to have the campaigns ready ahead of the session, alternatively we will add empty campaign placeholders
    Cost and additional information

    • Any change in scope or additional requirements will require a project re-scope and may incur additional costs

    Professional Services Terms
    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
