    • We build the program for RNIB via screenshare
    • We talk through the program builder, future proofing
    • Best practise and how to test
    • Segmenting data prior to program activation
    • We may set tasks at the end of the session for RNIB
    • Opportunity for RNIB to ask questions about the program builder
Program scope and notes
  • There are 44 eye conditions that will be used within Dynamic Content in triggered campaigns. Two options have been shared with RNIB due to limitations on blocks per campaign
    • Option 1: Place conditions in rules of 3 so that only one campaign will be needed for the program *Preferable, less risk of information being missed
    • Option 2: Create 3 triggered emails with a different condition per block
  • Recommended to have a different condition per data field with Y/N input 
  • RNIB will be providing the emails for this journey
  • Selection for contacts to be made in CRM and pushed to a singular address book
  • Campaign recommendations
    • include 'Newsletter 1 of 8' in the inbox preview text 
    • include 'coming up next' table at the bottom of each email

  • Start: Introduction to eye condition > wait 7 days
  • Send SLAs overview > wait 7 days
  • Send Health and Wellbeing > wait 7 days
  • Send Reading Home and Leisure > wait 7 days
  • Send Monday, Benefits and Finance > wait 7 days
  • Send Courses and Resources > wait 7 days
  • Send Equality, Rights and Employment (country, employment) > Wait 7 days
  • Mutli-decision: The final email will be a 'wrap-up' and a split of a few different sends, criteria TBC however, some recommendations are
    • Did not open emails XYZ > send a summary of info missed (this will likely repeat a few times to select the most informative of emails
    • Potential to include a link to a feedback form for contacts who were the most engaged
