1. 3-hour remote workshop to gather and discuss information (including two segment flows for pre, during and post launch).
2. Strategic flow outline and key recommendations report (*including testing recommendations).
3. Delivery call to answer questions and talk through.
4. Any necessary amends and then deliver back.
5. Answer any additional questions.
6. Potentially support with regular calls as Ordnance Survey move through the launch process to help optimise as things progress.*
   *Subject to number of remaining hours. If additional time is required this will be clearly communicated

Professional Services Terms

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital.
