Project outline
  • Two automations and campaign builds for post purchase journeys for account a.rowling@studiospares.com 
  • Targeting 5x different purchased products, with pre-defined cross-sells
    • Program 1: High value cross-sell items
      • Enroll contacts who've purchased X SKUs, and have made an order in the last 10-20 days. Exclude contacts who've made an order in the last 10 days
      • Random split (25%/75%)
      • 25% route to be held until the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 12.30
      • 75% to be held until the last Friday of the month at 12.30
      • Both get sent the same campaign
      • For each send, add a 14 day delay
      • Decision to check if a contact purchased any of the cross-sell SKUs within 14 days - if they didn't, send a reminder with an adjustment in subject/ copy. If they did, exit them
    • Program 2: Low value cross-sell items
      • Enroll contacts who've purchased X SKUs, and have made an order in the last 10-20 days. Exclude contacts who've made an order in the last 10 days
      • Random split (50%/50%)
      • First route to be held until the 14th of the month or the second Thursday
      • Second route to be held until the 28th of the month or the 4th Thursday
        • We want to avoid weekend sends 
      • Both get sent the same campaign
      • For each send, add a 14 day delay
      • Decision to check if a contact purchased any of the cross-sell SKUs within 14 days - if they didn't, send a reminder with an adjustment in subject/ copy. If they did, exit them
    • 5x campaign builds + 5x replications (resends) 
      • 5 different campaigns for each of the 5 products specific 
      • Each has their own cross/upsell SKUs
      • Utilise the 'product' block in the builder to pull from account product catalog. Add in UTM tracking as per the campaign advanced settings
      • Use placeholders until content has been provided, include instructional sections e.g. 'Sales heading here' 'product copy here' 'link to video' etc.
      • Once signed off, duplicate and adjust subject/ copy (to be provided) 
Project requirements & notes
  • Client to provide copy for campaigns
  • Client to provide GIFs for Youtube content where applicable
  • Client to confirm the high-value upsells (this has been provided on a separate spreadsheet)
  • When we reach the testing phase, we will confirm how many test purchases need to be made to run program testing
    • For this process we will reduce the delays and enrollments so we can complete testing across a few days, rather than a few weeks
  • Delivery: within 20 working days once the order has been processed and assigned

A discount has been agreed with your  Customer Success Manager. The initial project was estimated at 23 credits, and we have agreed to deliver this at 16 credits.
