  • The updated campaigns are:

    • Refund Confirmation
    • Returns Confirmation
    • Exchange Received
    • At Your Service (Basket Email)
    • CC Order Confirmation
    • CC Ready for Collection
    • CC Order Expiry
    • CC Order Extension
    • CC Order Cancellation
  • This update was applied to all language versions of the emails - UK English, English, German, Spanish, French, Canadian French.
  • The footer updates were applied to all emails in the Ted Baker Sandbox account, tested and reviewed by Dotdigital, and then reviewed and approved by Ted Baker. The approved updates were then applied to the transactional emails in the Live Ted Baker Dotdigital account (on 18/04/2024).

    • Ted Baker approved the footer updates for go-live on 18/04/2024

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital.
