Project outline
The dotdigital CTS will take the following steps to update the translated copy (ES, DE, FR) of Ted Baker's existing transactional emails (as per the documents provided on 27/10/2021).
  • Create duplicates of the existing/original transactional emails in Sandbox account (1 hour)
  • Copy current live HTML to the new duplicate emails in the Sandbox account (1 hour)
  • Apply the French, German, and Spanish copy updates to the new duplicate emails (9 hours)
  • Run through testing and sign-off of updated duplicate emails with Ted Baker (3 hours)
  • Deploy HTML from duplicate emails to live (1 hour)
  • Apply the approved copy updates to the existing/original transactional emails in the Sandbox account (these have the project Huxley updates applied) (9 hours)

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
