#628925738 Trading Depot - Abandoned Cart program update

• Issue

  • Client has moved to Magento 2, which uses a standardised schema
  • Client’s campaigns are currently using AP, which are formatted based on the old schema when first implemented *the field that is causing issues is the filtering of 'CreatedAt', which in M2 is now 'CreatedDate'. All of the liquid should be checked
  • The ‘Abandoned Cart’ block isn’t suitable for the client as theirs is currently a fully customised design

   

  What needs to happen

  • The abandoned cart email liquid needs to be reviewed and updated to match the new M2 schema
  • The program will need to be reviewed to ensure we’re utilising the latest modified/ createdDate fields

   

  Details
  

  • Advanced Personalisation in campaigns Abandoned Cart #1, #2 and #3 need amending, present in account freddiedalton@tradingdepot.co.uk = 6 credits
  • Program Abandoned Cart - do not delete needs reviewing and testing to ensure the most up-to-date logic = 3 credits

• Expected turnaround within 10 working days upon receipt of assets/ data etc.
