Managed Services to hold a session to:
- Create an automation to:
- Enrol anyone from a UMG Label list into a single automation
- Send the campaign with a link
- If the live campaign is not available, then a placeholder campaign with a link will be used instead
- Decision node: "Has the user clicked X link within X days?"
- If the user clicks this link within the timeframe, they’ll be added to a new list in the account
- If they have not, they will exit the program
- Program to be built on:
- Test Store Demo (US): Account ID: 343751, Lead Email Address: storetestdemous.crmsupport@umusic.com
- UMG to conduct testing with support from Managed Services for any questions related to the program
- Once testing completed, the program will be replicated to the following two accounts:
- Republic Records: Account ID: 231800, Lead Email Address: republicus.crmsupport@umusic.com
- Spotify Siloed Account (AU): Account ID: 357228, Lead Email Address: spotifysiloedau.crmsupport@umusic.com
- Managed Services to create documentation on the finalised program and send to UMG

- Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital.
