  • The assigned DMS will duplicate and test the journey once
    • The DMS may amend the program to allow testing enrolment nodes or limits to be completed
    • Where a campaign has not been created or included in the program, the client should advise the DMS of an alternative campaign to test in its place
  • The assigned DMS will document any findings or results of their test
  • The DMS will make recommendations on fixing the journey if applicable

Things to note
  • The DMS will not make any amends to the original program, they will only amend the duplicate they used for testing
  • Expected turnaround within 10 working days from receipt of assets, any required data or 'else' as stated above

Professional Services Terms
The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
