Project outline

On a daily schedule, Dotdigital will check for and collect 2 CSV files from the Trainline SFTP site (this is the existing SFTP site used for West Midlands Trains' other imports with Dotdigital).
These files contain abandoned browse data, which will be imported to the custom insight data collection 'AbandonedBrowse'.
Only data for subscribed Dotdigital contacts will be imported.
The import will run for both the existing WMR (WMR.SocialMedia.Twitter@wmtrains.co.uk) and LNR (LNR.SocialMedia.Twitter@wmtrains.co.uk) accounts.

The monthly support and maintenance fee for this project (£296) will be charged separately (starting from April 1st 2024)

The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
