    Form

    What you get

    • One form build to be embedded to the website
    • Form with a dropdown menu (pending on content)
    • Contacts to mandatory add their postcode
    • No confirmation page required on submission

    What we'll need from you

    • Customer to supply questions and assets to Dotdigital
    • Customer to advise which forms are currently available in the account that they would like Dotdigital to use as a template
    • Customer to confirm the name of the address book they would like to store respondent data in (the data will be then segmented by a program which will split the postcodes into the 3 regions)
    • Customer to confirm which data fields to map
    • Customer to embed the form to the website
    • Confirmation if contacts can submit the form once or multiple times

    Automation

    What you get

    • One program to segment the data based on the postcode and add them to the corresponding regional address book
    • The program will consist of
      • No scheduled enrolment (Enrolment settings will be configured in the form)
      • Decision nodes to segment users by postcode
      • Add to address book nodes
      • If a postcode has single letters, these will be dealt with accordingly at the end of the program

    What we'll need from you

    • Confirmation of the three address books for each region
    • That data entering Dotdigital is syncing back in Dynamics - more information on how to achieve this is available here

    Things to note

    • No campaigns are required
    • Anything in addition to or outside of the above will require a rescope and may incur additional costs
