Project outline

  • Project scope: 

    • Sign-up form to capture email and phone number. The sign-up form will add contacts to an address book and get contacts enrolled into an SMS automation to send them out a welcome campaign.
    • SMS welcome program. Contacts who subscribe to your SMS list will get an SMS campaign, contacts who subscribe with their email address only will be excluded and added to your current welcome journey.
    Cost and additional information
    • Regarding your question on re-subscribing SMS contacts, our Messaging and Operations team recommends texting the people from the old number to advise them that the number they are going to be using will be changing. Then another campaign from the new number confirming that this will be the number they will be using going forward with a form in it to collect their consent.

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Engagement Cloud, any failure to instruct dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
